Whether you’re building a deck, overhang or an outdoor table, you should consider pressure-treated wood. According to New York, New York carpentry contractors, the majority of pressure-treated wood is yellow pine. The wood is durable and can survive the elements because it’s treated with a special formula of insecticide-preservative.
