Work Description: Doors on lower portion of bookcases and crown moulding on top to turn the collection into a unified piece.

Comments: Estimated price was good. Work done by subcontractor was not delivered on time making installation late. Unfortunately we weren't kept notified of the delays. JYM did make a price concession and bent over backwards to correct the subs mistakes.

We notified the customer in different occasions during the week. Unfortunately, we were held hostage by vendor on door to be fabricated and had to wait until they were ready for us. We apologized to the customer for the sub's delay. We value our customer time and expectations. For that reason we ate and surrender the cost and profit of this job. We finish the job for them as soon as the doors were delivered to us for installation.

Work Description: I renovated an 80 year old house and he did all the work.

Comments: Very happy and satisfied I would definitely use them again.
