Work Description: Paint the trim on my aluminum sided (3 aluminum sides with a brick front) Toll Bros. house.
Comments: I highly recommand Jack Looney and his Solaris Construction, LLC. He won't be the low bid, but you will get what you pay for. He did three full days of prep work - sanding, taping, caulking, and priming - before applying the final coat of paint. In addition, he did a fine job of repairing a wainscotting strip on the upper part of the front. Jack even came back, on his own, to correct a drip on the trim below the large palladian window and remove a couple of paint smudges on a screen.
