Work Description: repairing porches and railings

Comments: He made a poor work. I had to call him back to fix undone work a few times. Today I cannot find him to come back and fasten loose trims just about falling off locations on several places. He failed nailing woodwork without reminding him several times, and now he left without finish and secure the trims on my porches. How do I find him?
