    Due to the custom nature of each construction project my rates can vary. Being a Contractor I deliver a product using only time and material. Therefore, it is really unfair to you as the Client and myself as the Contractor to "blind" bid any project without first being able to walk the job firsthand. Do not choose a contractor only because they present the lowest price. If you are considering only the lowest bidder, beware! Quality of materials or workmanship shows. And, as the years go by, it shows even more. Feel free to call me any time and we can discuss this in person.

Comments: Ryan designed and built me a beautiful media center! My electronics are so organized now and with my TV mount integrated into the cabinet it just makes it a truly unique piece! Thanks for the beautiful work Ryan and for leaving my house cleaner then when you arrived!
